HELP!!

1.  I click TailsRadio, the screen divides, but the top has a broken picture icon box?
You need the latest version of Windows Media Player, see http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmedia/.

2.  It says "Wait..." and nothing happens!
Windows Media Player may be downloaded a newer decoder for the TailsRadio format, sometimes this download can be several hundred kilobytes and may take up to 5 minutes.  Also, the server may be busy, try click 'Go back to the song list' and trying again.

3.  What do these 28.8, 57.6, and Cable/DSL+ mean?
These are the different connection rates which TailsRadio has been formatted for.  To find out what connection rate you are currently at, double click your Dial-Up Networking connection in your system tray.  28.8 is from "26400 bps to 28800 bps", 57.6 users will be from "33600 bps to 53000 bps".  Cable and DSL users will not have this icon in their tray.

4.  It says "Content Closed."
The server is either too busy, or you need to reboot your computer.

5.  How do I request a song?
Contact Me.

6.  What is the purpose of this?
To introduce new music and to allow non-midi music to be played on-demand through my web site.

7.  How can I listen to TailsRadio but keep browsing other sites?
Just open a new Browser Window by pressing Ctrl-N on your keyboard and goto whatever site you choose.

8.  Why is only Internet Explorer supported?
TailsRadio utilizes Microsoft's Windows Media Format and VBScript.  This is not yet supported by Netscape/AOL.
